Darwin is a native of Burnett and has been a member of the board since 1996.  He has an extensive background in dairy farming. Currently he is a surgical technician at Agnesian Health Care, and has been for the past 6 years. He has actively served on boards at Pella Lutheran Church. Darwin is a veteran of the United States Navy as well. He has a wife, Patricia, who is an RN at Beaver Dam community Hospital, as well as 4 children and 7 grandchildren.

Wayne is married, has two children, and five grandchildren. His occupation is agricultural related. He has farmed in the Green Lake/ Ripon area all of this life on the family farm. 

Wayne is the third generation of his family to be on the board of directors for Flyway Mutual. His father, Norman, and his grandfather were also previous board members. He has been a policy holder for at least 25 years.

Wayne is known in the Ripon/ Green Lake area as he has been active in various community/town groups. He was on the church council for eight years and president for two years. He also is an active member of the Ripon FFA Alumni group.
 

Doris has been employed with Flyway Mutual Insurance Company of Waupun for 27 years and has been a Director and the manager since 1993.  She has both her Property/Casualty and Life, Health and Disability licenses with most of her experience being in personal lines and the farm market.  She has attended many educational courses and classes. One of those courses included a three week PIA Scholarship Award held at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. 

She also owns an agency which is called Flyway Agency Services, which services clients of Flyway Mutual for their auto, umbrella, and other insurance needs that compliment the Mutual.  The key focus is on service and customer relations. 

She has served on the WAMIC Board for the past 3 years and has served on various committees including Long-Range Planning, Convention, and Legislative.  Previously, she has attended several Washington D.C. visits with the WAMIC group.

She is married and has two children, one son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren.  She lives in Waupun with her husband, Mike.

Gerhardt Beske has been with Flyway Mutual for nine years as a director and claims adjuster. Gerhardt is married to Carol and they are the parents of four sons. Gerhardt and Carol farmed for thirty five years in the Fox Lake area and were insured with Flyway Mutual Insurance Company. Since then, the farm has been rented to their sons. Also, Gerhardt and Carol own and operate Beskill Chemical Co. Gerhardt enjoys woodworking, gardening, doing mechanical work and socializing.

Rich began serving as a director/ adjuster for Flyway in 1997. He has been the owner & operator of a dairy farm for 38 years. Presently he is in cash grain farming. He also enjoys watching his grandkids play ball games.

Don was elected to the Board in 2003. He has been a life long resident of the Waupun area, and attended Madison Business College, where he attained an Accounting Degree. He retired in 2001 after having been with Waupun Utilities for 31 years. He now works part-time for McKay Nursery. His interests are gardening, Southern Gospel Music, Golf, & traveling.

Jeff is a 1984 graduate from the University of Platteville. He is the owner and operator of Jeff Weinheimer Spraying, a custom application business, for the last 19 years. Jeff was elected to the Flyway board in 2001 and serves on the council at Salem Evangelical Lutheran Church. Jeff and his wife Mary live on a farm outside of Juneau, where they farm about 300 acres and raise steers. Mary is also an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef. They have 3 children- Matt, Rachel and Dana. Jeff enjoys working on equipment, cutting wood, and a good football game.
