Doris has been employed with Flyway Mutual Insurance Company of Waupun for 27 years and has been a Director and the manager since 1993.  She has both her Property/Casualty and Life, Health and Disability licenses with most of her experience being in personal lines and the farm market.  She has attended many educational courses and classes. One of those courses included a three week PIA Scholarship Award held at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. 

She also owns an agency which is called Flyway Agency Services, which services clients of Flyway Mutual for their auto, umbrella, and other insurance needs that compliment the Mutual.  The key focus is on service and customer relations. 

She has served on the WAMIC Board for the past 3 years and has served on various committees including Long-Range Planning, Convention, and Legislative.  Previously, she has attended several Washington D.C. visits with the WAMIC group.

She is married and has two children, one son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and four grandchildren.  She lives in Waupun with her husband, Mike.

Donna has lived her entire life in the Waupun area. She started her insurance career in 1989 at Flyway Mutual Ins. It was an entirely different turn in her career, never having been involved with insurance terms and understanding the insurance language. Her duties include, but are not limited to, underwriting, accounts payable, policy processing, answering the telephone calls, keeping up with the form changes, and whatever other miscellaneous work that needs to be done. Donna enjoys the variety of tasks working for a small company and working with the Flyway Mutual Staff, which she considers her family away from home. Donna and her husband Larry have two grown children and two teenage grandchildren.

Marlys joined Flyway Mutual Insurance in November of 2006. Some of her duties include bookkeeping, entering investments in Excel, bank deposits and assisting with policies changes. She comes to us with a varied background in medical transcription and office experience. Marlys is married with two teenage daughters. Away from work she enjoys water skiing, reading, and spending time with her family.

Heather began working for Flyway Mutual in June of 2005 as a managers assistant/ She was raised in Waupun, where she currently resides. She enjoys the variety of tasks she is given at Flyway, such as entering claims, processing word documents on the computer, and her most recent project, gathering and preparing information for their new website. She loves the people she works with and the overall environment Flyway offers. She also enjoys hanging out with her friends, playing the occasional game of tennis, and, of course, shopping!

Bill is a licensed agent with Flyway Mutual for 20 years. He has a background on the farm. He is looking forward to meeting you with your insurance concerns.

Steve is a native to the Waupun area and has sold Flyway Mutual insurance for the past 17 years, primarily in the agriculture sector. He also sells auto insurance, hail insurance, and homeowners insurance. Steve is married, has two children, and one grandson. He enjoys fishing, golf, and old cars.

Carol has been an agent for Flyway Mutual since 1996. She was born and raised in Markesan and received an Associates of Arts Degree from Madison Business College in 1968. Before becoming an insurance agent, she had been a medical secretary and a legal secretary, and feels that her legal background helps with the understanding of many of the complex issues of insurance. Carol represents Flyway in Green Lake, Fond du Lac, and Dodge counties. She and her husband, Jerry, operate a 420 acre farm in the Town of Mackford. They have three grown children and five grandchildren. Carol also continues to be a legal secretary two days a week for a local law firm. Most of her “free time” is spent with her grandchildren and an occasional round of golf.
